We first met Harry, well over 18 months ago, when we inspected a property for which he was the selling agent. We were looking to “downsize” and Harry provided much helpful advice. During our long search to find a suitable new home Harry continued to provide useful advice, usually for properties with which he was not involved as an agent. So when we finally found and purchased a new home, we turned to Harry to sell our present one. We were well satisfied with our choice of Peterswald as our agent. Not only of Harry, but of the whole team that worked on marketing our house; and particularly Phoebe. We also thought that the photographer was excellent, and that the large number of images that were displayed on the web presented the features our house in the best way.

When I first came across Bryce he had just sold a house in my area, and had popped a letter in my letterbox. I was interested in an appraisal, and was impressed by how motivated and professional he was, but wasn’t ready to sell at that time. I didn’t feel pressured at all, it was actually knowing that I had found a great agent and that he would be ready when I was. So when the time came to sell my home I rang Bryce, we met again and he talked me through all the details, from the actual process of selling to changes in where the market was at when I first contacted him to this time. He was very honest with me about the changes in the market and was very realistic. Bryce is professional, friendly, motivated, hard working and a great communicator. Nothing was a drama. It took me about 6 months from me contacting him again to having the house ready for photos, and the whole time he was available to ask questions, and talk to about the process. When it was photo time it all happened very quickly, before I knew it he had found a buyer, negotiations were hassle free and all ran very smoothly. I would 100% recommend Bryce for anyone wanting to sell or buy a house, I’m so happy with the process and the outcome.
