In fact I received extremely useful advice which should have been forthcoming from my solicitor. Whilst this advice wasn’t of a legal nature, it gave me an option to take early possession prior to a settlement issue on the seller’s side. I also had contact with his assistant Ursula who also showed a high standard of professionalism in the pre settlement inspection and hand over of the keys.
