Bec is No 1 in my books!

Bec (with the assistance of Hamish) sold my property before it actually went to market. Bec showed professionalism, humour and a straight-forward & realistic approach which meant that we agreed on process and a realistic assessment of the likely sale price for the property. We achieved that figure plus a little extra, and sold the property before going live with the on-line marketing campaign & public inspections. I had kept Bec in my data base from 5 years ago when I was looking to buy a property in Hobart. I didn't end up buying from her - but I kept her name because I thought "if ever I do sell - she's the agent for me"! So, by all means - create a short list of agents - or just go straight to Bec as I did !
