Having recently purchased a property from Hamish as a first home buyer, I was constantly impressed with the timeliness of his communication and his willingness to assist me with the purchasing process - including assisting with contract queries and providing a list of trusted building inspectors he'd dealt with previously. He always answered his phone if I needed to contact him, he contacted me proactively when he had pertinent information to share, and he was extremely pleasant to deal with without exception. At no point in the process did I feel like Hamish was attempting to deceive me or lead me astray, his information was always helpful and had the express intent of ensuring I could put my best foot forward towards both the initial offer on the property, and later the completion of purchase. He turned a process that I was a little uncertain about initially into one where I felt confident I was doing the right thing at every stage. I would certainly recommend him to others in my position.
