Upon completion we were offered the opportunity to show the dwellings for private viewings before officially launching on the market. With Daniels local knowledge, he was able to show the right buyers through and we managed to sell both dwellings within a week, at a price above our expectation. Overall it was a positive experience, at the beginning Daniel presented a marketing plan for the property and overall vision for the sale.
