We engaged Daniel to market and sell our new duplex development during the construction period. Daniel was in constant communication with us and popped in for regular site visits during construction. On each occasion he was happy to offer advice on minor details that would attract buyers for this product. Upon completion we were offered the opportunity to show the dwellings for private viewings before officially launching on the market. With Daniels local knowledge, he was able to show the right buyers through and we managed to sell both dwellings within a week, at a price above our expectation. Not only did we achieve a great price, but we also were able to save money on styling the property and also saved on the online marketing fees. Great experience and highly recommended agency.
