Exceptional!!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jennifer for being so helpful, professional, personal, honest, upfront and communicative. Feedback for agency
My new agent is very good! She is proactive and energetic and gets things done. The previous one I had, not so much… i had to constantly follow up and push for negotiations to get a renter instead of the agent telling me what the renters were willing to pay.. But I’m much happier now so great work!

Fast efficient process
House inspection was great and the representative was very friendly. Once we submitted the application everything was completed within a couple of days. Whenever we reach out for documents or to have things clarified all our questions are answered on the same day. Very happy with the service and happy to be renting through raine and horne

Alison Chang from Raine and Horne Concord has looked after our investment property over the last few years and we are so pleased with her amazing management skills. She keeps us informed and up-to-date with everything that is happening and has been wonderful finding tenants for us very quickly and efficiently. Nothing is too hard for her - she goes out of her way to make sure we are looked after and we are very impressed with the agency in general.
