Although the final price was below the target range in January, Marc did try very hard to get the best price considering the evolving situation in Sydney. As this is our first time ever in buying a property, we had so many questions in mind that had unknown answers to. Marc guided us through the process of buying the property by being flexible, honest, professional, highly knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly. since we didn't have a Solicitor, Marc suggested a lawyer who we were extremely happy with when dealing with her.
