Marc has a very strong knowledge of the area and is very honest regarding the expected price for the property. After only few days on the market, we had few offers, and Marc has been able to go above the estimated price he gave us at the beginning. I found he gave information and answered questions as needed. he could possibly have known a bit more about the arrangements with strata and its aim (plan)to keep repairs and maintenance up to date which it currently appears to not be managing that well.
