Dawn, with her outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, was the ideal person to guide us through the difficult process of selling a much loved home. Dawn is a real problem solver in that she sees problems and goes above and beyond to find immediate solutions, even painting fireplace surrounds and climbing ladders to change lightbulbs. By using her enthusiasm and local knowledge, Dawn secured a local record price – a result well beyond initial expectations. Many, many thanks, Dawn!

After 5 months procrastinating I finally decided to go ahead and sell. The decision was easy for me I picked up the phone and contacted the previous agents who appraised my property. When I rang Ray White, Dawn said good morning and called me by name I was impressed. Within half an hour I had an updated appraisal and listing agreement ready to go. That is how easy the process was Dawn was on the ball from the get go I was kept informed with every detail.

Dawn's local knowledge of the area was second to none. I knew immediately after our first conversation that she was the agent I wanted to work with when selling my house. Dawn's communication is impeccable and I knew where the sale of my house was up to at every step in the process. I strongly recommending Dawn to anyone looking at selling their property if they want someone with finesse, professionalism and integrity.

Anyone who has had the privilege of meeting Dawn knows exactly how awesome she really is. What an excellent real estate agent who is honest, reliable, hardworking, and caring. Communication with Dawn was excellent and easy. Couldn't recommend a better agent or team at Ray White Batemans Bay, Moruya, Broulee.
