Terri, from the first, was very positive in her approach. Her estimate of price was pretty spot on which meant that there was interest from the start. Terri's ability to communicate effectively meant that a stressful process was relatively brief but successful.

We certainly picked the best Agent in Batemans Bay for the sale of my father's Unit! Terri was professional, very knowledgeable of the local market which was a help for us as we live interstate so we relied on her to guide us through the process in a different state and she really worked hard to get a great result for us. She kept us up to date regularly with phone calls and always made herself available to answer queries. We would highly recommend Terri if you are selling any property.

Terri was so easy to work with. She knew about all of the comparable properties, the market trend, the local area and could answer all of my questions about the property I was looking at. She was also very professional with the negotiations. I was always conscious that she was representing the seller, but she communicated with both parties very well, enabling us to reach agreement in a short timeframe

We found Dawn was fantastic to deal. Always helpful and available to answer any questions we had. Always got back to us promptly and kept us informed throughout the process
Dawn Mason
Dawn was very professional from the outset. Setting out a very professional appraisal of the property outling costs and a very clear analysis of the market and took on board our expectations. She continued to give us clear feedback throughout the sales campaign and achieved a very good outcome for all parties concerned.

Dawn Mason is by far the most obliging and helpful Real Estate Agent we have ever met. For Dawn nothing is too much trouble. She was always available to answer questions we had, and to assist in any way she could. Her knowledge of Real Estate is extensive, and she was so willing to share all she knew, or research promptly and get back to us with answers. We are so proud to recommend her to others as they sell their homes because we know they'll be amazingly grateful to her, as we were for all her help. She's a true professional. Thanks for everything Dawn. You made selling our place stress free.

My experience with Dawn Mason was beyond my expectations, Dawn was there every step of the way through the whole sale of the house, providing information on how to get the house ready for sale. I would highly recommend Dawn Mason to any of my friends family to sell or buy property from her again.. Dawn sold our house within 21 hours of putting our house on the market.

Dawn has been great. She was always prompt to answer and return phone calls, was flexible with viewing times and offered to help all through the purchasing stage. She shared her knowledge of the processes readily and even personally helped the vendor to clean out some of their belongings. She is now helping post settlement to tie up loose ends. She knows the area and market well, is always knowledgeable and friendly . I recommend Dawn and her colleagues Nigel and Kat very highly.
