From day one Brent was absolutely marvellous. He was always so cheerful, so optimistic and so helpful. He never gave up and he always made us feel so confident that it would all result in a great sale which ultimately it did. He is an absolute credit to his profession. He is highly intelligent and we have been so fortunate to have him as our agent. He kept us in informed about what was going on the entire time. We will definitely be recommending Brent to others. Deepest appreciation always, Chris Jones

The sale of our property was handled with complete professionalism and care by Brent and his team at Ray White Mooloolaba. Brent had a very thorough knowledge of all past sales in the neighbourhood and the current market and was able to guide us to the favourable outcome in a short amount of time . He is honest and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending him to future clients .

James had been recomended by a friend and he proved to have an intimate knowledge of the Mooloolaba unit market. He was very honest and candid about the market and price expectations but, importantly, never cajoled me into doing anything - it was always left to me to make the decision, without presssure, including the final pricing negotiations. He took my instructions at face value and achieved a good outcome in a short period of time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to vendors wanting an honest, no-pressure agent with a great understanding of the local market

Thank you for handling the sale of my father's waterfront property in Mooloolaba. I have had considerable experience buying and selling properties over a long period of time. I found Brent's knowledge, expertise and negotiating skills to be outstanding in achieving all that we wished from the sale of the property. I believe that these abilities would benefit any prospective vendors in achieving the best results possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brent Higgins to others.

Brent was very easy to deal with and made the whole process of selling stress free. He was able to secure a signed contract in 24 hours from our house going online, we didn't even need to have an open home inspection for the general public. He worked very hard throughout the evening to secure a contract and we were very happy with the end result. Highly recommend. Hayden and Kate White Wurtulla QLD 4575

James went above and beyond with our sale in Bli bli. Living in Hervey Bay it was important that we had someone we could trust 100% to deal with our sale on the ground and with James we knew we were in good hands. His communication and follow up was far beyond and he was contactable at all hours. To top it off he got us more then we expected with our sales price and in a very short time frame. We couldn't be happier and would be happy to recommend him to anyone. Anthony and Karla Barrett

Excellent Outcome from a Professional Team, Before leaving on holidays we made an agreement to go to Auction on a residential property . Brent and Team took control of everything , all we had to do was to set the reserve ,which was achieved on the day. Thank you for making it easy. Jamie Muggeridge.

We cannot recommend James highly enough. We contacted him with instructions to sell our house for a great price and we needed it done quickly. James confidently suggested what everyone thought was impossible, a 2 week Auction. James rallied the other agents and did an amazing job with lots of groups coming through at open houses and private inspections. James kept in contact with us the whole way reassuring us that we’d made the right decision. By the time Auction day arrived James had an impressive 9 registered bidders. To our surprise the Auction was over within about 5 minutes and we’d sold for well over what we expected. We have already recommended James to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you again to James and the Ray White team for a job very well done! Lisa & Peter (Buderim)

James was courteous and helpful at all times and never 'pushy' during negotiations over 4 months. He kept on the case and was fair with both the vendor and ourselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending James if you intend to put your property on the market or deal with him if you are intending to purchase any property he has listed.
