Thank you to Brent and his team for a wonderful experience selling my property. I had not sold a property since the changes the commission, Brent took the time to contact me and discuss these so that I completely understood the changes and the impact it would have on the end sale. Brent kept me updated on the progress of the sale and once an offer was received he continued to keep me updated and let me know once the sale was negotiated and buyers had signed the contract. There were some very minor issues raised on the building and pest inspection which Brent phoned me about and actually took on the responsibility to have these rectified. I was very happy with the whole process including the sale price, contact from Brent and the other staff at Ray White Real Estate in Mooloolaba.

James Goldsworthy is a superstar! From the moment he heard my property was on the market, he was onto it like a seagull around the last chip at a beach picnic. What started as a friendly first call soon revealed itself to be a well-thought out strategy with a particular end buyer in mind. He was excited by my property, he was eager to represent me, and he followed up hungrily. After a few weeks of friendly (but tenacious) calls, I had my agent. Let’s face it, if he was going to work this hard just to get my business, I knew he would work hard to find a buyer. Once I was signed up, James was unflagging He was meticulous in his communication and always on strategy, he checked in regularly, he was flexible when I needed him to be and, in just four weeks of a campaign, he had a sale – at a dream price.
