Understands his buyers
Tom sold our previous house therefore knew what we liked so when this place came up he contacted us immediately. We trusted he genuinely believed that we would like this place and he was right. Being the buyer this time we could have frank conversations with Tom and trusted that while doing his best by the client he was honest and professional with us. We would definitely recommend him.

Outstanding Agent
Tom got an outstanding result with the sale of our house in South Turramurra. He has a detailed knowledge of the local market and also of each potential buyer. Tom was very responsive and followed up diligently and quickly to our enquiries about the sales process. We felt like we were in capable hands all the way along. He has a relaxed and friendly style, but he also has a strong drive to succeed. He pursued all potential buyers expertly and with a good sense of timing. In the week before the scheduled auction he negotiated an excellent price for our property. Excellent work! Very highly recommended.

Matt Bolin is simply the best.
Matt Bolin has simply been the most professional of agents. He has guided us through our time on the market with wisdom; advise on all matters relating to the sale of our home, empathy, consideration and that wonderful smile that is his trademark. Before our house went on the market, he spent time with us, making helpful suggestions on how best to present the house and garden. These suggestions proved extremely beneficial to the selling process. Matt’s marketing strategies were innovative and always up to date, keeping abreast and ahead of the market. We had very good numbers of potential buyers visiting our property and written and verbal feedback from Matt and his team following an ‘open house’ was always prompt and thorough. Matt’s associates were a great support – always cheerful, friendly, well presented and helpful. The process of selling our house was made so much easier as Matt’s communicative, friendly manner put buyers at ease and allowed us some free time from the ‘process’. Very Professional
This is the first time my husband and I have had dealings with Ray White Real Estate. We found the agent, Rowan Lazar friendly, professional and knowledgable when purchasing a property. He has excellent interpersonal skills and communicated between the vendor and ourselves promptly and also competently answered our queries. Once the contract had been signed he continued to offer us support where necessary which was appreciated. We would give Rowan our highest recommendation.
