I have had my investment properties managed by Realty One for six years. I have found them to be highly professional in all areas of property management. The team are caring and courteous and all communication is both polite and competent and anything requiring attention such as maintenance is dealt with promptly and with a high standard of work from tradesmen etc. I had previously had my properties managed elsewhere, and Realty One is by far the best. I would certainly recommend Realty One to anyone who wants their property managed by a highly successful and respected team.

Realty One has been managing my rental property since early 1998. I have gone through a few Realty One property managers over the years and they all have been fabulous with their management of the tenants and my property. Adriana Mann is currently my property manager and she has been very attentive to all details and property issues. I found Realty One by chance - I bought the above property from them. Realty One offered to find a tenant for the property even before the the sale had been concluded which I appreciated. The property was difficult to rent due to construction work going on behind the property but Realty One was optimistic that a tenant could be found. Within 2 weeks they found a good tenant. The agency worked very professionally, gave me excellent service and communicated with me at all stages. I have used other letting agencies in the past but none were as professional as Realty One.
