Realty One Is The Best Property Management Organization In Western Australia - Period. The Professionalism is Admirable; The Communication Clear, Concise And Direct. They keep me informed on All Aspects Of The Property And The Management Challenges Faced - And Customarily Resolved Impressively.... Not Just Jane And Adriana, butt, ALL of the employees in the property management department that I have dealt with are exactly what EVERY owner would love. More improvements are necessary
We have been a customer since 2006. And we feel that sometimes Realty One does not put our interests at hand, rather, the agency is more interested in getting the job done. For example, we had to ask for 2 quotes - this should be a practice as the costs of maintaining the property are high. The management fees are also far higher from what we pay for another property of ours. Furthermore, sometimes charges are authorised without consulting with us first. We had several property managers - including Adrianna and Brooke, and lately our property was moved back to Adriana but we did not have any notification. Furthermore, Brooke was virtually non-existent - we did not hear from her in the few months she was managing our property.
