Found Litsa online when market is in its lowest, her business approach has not only won our trust that she will be able to sell our property but also our confidence that we will get the best selling price that we wanted. True enough, despite the pandemic she was able to sell our property in few weeks and in a very good value. Litsa’s assistance didn’t stop once she sold our property, but she has also extended her expertise in helping us do market research and has given her valuable advise in acquiring a new property. I am 100% confident in recommending Litsa and Remax as they treat each client with honesty and transparency.

Gizzelle really knows her job well. She helped me with the presentation of the house, kept me informed at all times. Sold the property after the first open home,so it is only about a week and we found the buyer. I will certainly wouldn't be able to do this without Gizzelle because of my health, she helped me as if I am part of the family. I couldn't have asked for more. I thank her boss Phil as well for all his help, they were both invaluable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is intending to sell. Thank you Gizzelle and Phil. Sincerely Ron

Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness BIG THANKS TO GIZZELLE , she is a very trustworthy, responsible agent with excellent work ethic! I’m a first time buyer, it took a while for me to exchange my contract, however Gizzelle tried her best to secure the property for me under lots of pressure, especially in this covid19 period, things went slowly. I wouldn’t be able to secure the property without her effort. If you are a first home buyer, Gizzelle is the best agent you should go with. She tried her best for me to find a good balance to meet the vendor’s and my needs.

We genuinely would like to express our gratitude to Gizzelle for all her work and attention she has given us. Gizzelle is very professional and has a unique talent dealing with people, quickly understands the different valuable aspects of the property, and builds a very advanced marketing campaign around it. Gizzelle understands the market on a very deep level from a buyers' and vendor's perspective and in our case, she was organizing all the viewing, photoshoot, and maintenance work on her own as we had to move to another town due to family circumstances. We were impressed by the technical knowledge of Gizzelle, she appeared to have come from the IT Industry and knew many ways to expose the property to the wider market. We would recommend everyone to work with Gizzelle. Respect and gratitude. Thank you.
