Litsa sold our property off market and exceeded our price expectation. She was very respectful with our personal circumstances. Litsa has a very professional and ethical approach. She is persistent, has a great energy and is focused. She listens and follows through. I cannot recommend her more highly to anyone wanting a great agent to help achieve an outstanding result. Her advice was invaluable and the reason we achieved a top price. She took the stress out of selling our home.

Litsa was helpful and willing to take our calls and answer our questions at any time of the day. It is clear that Litsa is experienced and knowledgeable, she assisted us during the entire purchasing process. While we dealt with her as a purchaser, we would likely contact her in the future if we were considering to sell a property.

Gizzelle was God sent - I had been having issues with my investment property in Penrith which grossly mismanaged by previous agent. I needed to sell this property and placed an advert for interested agents to work on selling. Many agents contacted but Gizzelle's approach was one with ampathy, understanding and at the same time proven track record. After much deliberation I appointemnt her to sell the property and in the meantime her agency REMAX Lifestyle Marketing to manage the rental side. They both went beyond their expectations. Being Interstate I could not manage and get the property ready for sale, however Gizzelle took it upon herself and managed the renovation side of things with her good relationship with tradies delivery excellent standard of work at a very reasonsable price to get he property in the market quickly. SHe went beyond her job description to get things done and supervise the renovation and advise on how I could save costs. Once the property was in the Market Gizzelle kept me in loop of all inspections and offers. Finally in what was a difficult and down trending market she secured a buyer at a very good price (beyond my expectation) and the property settled 2 weeks ago. Thanks Gizzelle, you are a vendors' dream agent. Thank you very much. You saved us at the right time.
