I am trying hard to describe how good Yvonne was. It was such a hard situation (seller and agent). I live overseas (in the UK) and was attempting to sell my property just when the downturn happened in the Australian market last year. Due to the time difference I often had to call Yvonne out of hours. Not only was she extremely accomdating, but for 3 months she calmed me down, and assured me that everything was in order. She ran with everything and I always felt in safe hands. When the buyer came on board she talked them through everything and moved things quickly to get the sale. An amazing professional and I would recommend her to anyone.
