At first, during inspection of the property, David did not engage much in friendly conversation other than answering questions asked. However, after offering our interest to purchase the property, David took us step by step in making a final offer to the vendor and was not pushy. He had excellent response time, was strong and clear in his communication (especially during explanation of certain things on the contract, and steps involved up to the point of making a 10% deposit). He was knowledgeable about the property and the surroundings, and was able to answer all questions asked.
