I found Josephine when I went to a home open.. I had a quick chat to her and she came over to appraise our investment property which we were getting ready to put up for sale. She was very positive, very upbeat and most of all honest and in no way pushy. She knew exactly what she was talking about in regards to the suburb and what price we would get etc and she was spot on. Our house sold very quickly (first home open… 5 days on the market) and settlement was just as quick. The whole process was very transparent and she kept us informed all the way through.
