Josephine originally sold me my unit back in 2023. I was nervous and realling from a bunch of trauma. She assured me i wouldnt loose on the little gem i had found. She was not wrong! Over the following years till present the property value grew consistently. Several times i approached saying i was ready to sell and move. Till recently my ability to move fell through to unforseen circumstances and i often felt like i was wasting Jo's time. That was on me as Jo always leaves you feeling heard and shes ready to move when you are. No stress, no drama, no pressure , no problem. Finally the stars alligned and i really was ready. It took 3 weeks from our call to handing over my keys for the new owners. 3 days from home open! I adore her personal touch. Her knowledge is sound and her delivery easy to comprehend. I loath paperwork, but this was easy. Her reccomendations made the whole adventure as easy as could be. Even with my ID misplaced in the move which could have made settlement drawn out, she didnt panic. She talked me through as a mum would on finding your lost teddy... calm, thoughtful and mindful. I have no doubt that i will seek her out for my next local purchase. I couldnt reccommend Josephine more! Thanks a million Jo for getting a record price and making the whole experience a pleasure. Can’t recommend Brian and the team at Semple enough. I reached out to Semple and had a consultation at the property within a week. Semple were the best rate in the area and their knowledge of the local area is evident. Brian gave me a valuation on the spot while also recommending some works (painting, staging, replacing fences) that we could do to the house to get a better return. Not only did he contact the contractors but he project managed the whole thing from start to finish while keeping me in the loop. The whole process from consultation to settlement was no more than 2 months and the final sale price was more than 150k more than expected and +50k more than Brian initially targeted. Lots of moving parts that were streamlined by Brian and his outstanding work ethic. He is motivated, responsive and a pleasure to deal with - can’t speak highly enough of him.
