From the initial Open home, Danielle was extremely friendly and despite so many people queuing up to view the home, Danielle spoke to everyone and answered all questions attentively In the negotiation phase, Danielle asked for our initial offer and contacted us at the right time to ask if we wanted to continue in the negotiation process We agreed to continue and she talked us through next steps and then advised our offer had been accepted Danielle didn’t stop there. She continued to reassure me of the process into the evening of that same day and then we paid our initial deposit From there, the following Monday onwards, Danielle kept in touch with us regularly and answering any questions we had Any hurdles were seamlessly managed very quickly and even when we asked for another 5 days cooling, this wasn’t an issue It was so reassuring with it being our first investment property that we were lucky enough to work with Danielle who was so calm when I was feeling the pressure !!
