Chris was so easy to deal with. He had very good knowledge of the market and what we could achieve. He was responsive throughout and always kept us updated. He got us a great price and even gave us advice to secure our next home! I would highly recommended Chris and Stone Real Estate.

Right from the day Anthony Grima inspected our house for the first time all the way to the call to inform me that he had a purchasers offer on the same day as the open house Anthony’s communication, professionalism and genuine care for us as his clients has been second to none 10/10. We are still in the settlement period Anthony is still in regular contact to keep us informed along the way. I will definitely be buying and selling with Anthony in the future. An awesome job Anthony + Team.

Danielle was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A real estate angel! This being our first home, we were very unsure of the sale process but Danielle made the whole process stress free, explaining each & every step & making us feel comfortable & confident throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Danielle to anyone looking to sell their home!

We could not thank and recommend Danielle enough for the sale of our first property. As first time sellers Danielle was able to guide us patiently through the process every step of the way and always advised us on the best options for our family. Danielle is extremely friendly, relatable and knows her stuff! She conducts herself professionally as an agent and in doing so, was able to achieve a great campaign and sale price for our beloved home. I would not hesitate in recommending Danielle to a seller who is looking for fantastic communication, insightful knowledge in the industry, all with a woman’s touch!

From the initial Open home, Danielle was extremely friendly and despite so many people queuing up to view the home, Danielle spoke to everyone and answered all questions attentively In the negotiation phase, Danielle asked for our initial offer and contacted us at the right time to ask if we wanted to continue in the negotiation process We agreed to continue and she talked us through next steps and then advised our offer had been accepted Danielle didn’t stop there. She continued to reassure me of the process into the evening of that same day and then we paid our initial deposit From there, the following Monday onwards, Danielle kept in touch with us regularly and answering any questions we had Any hurdles were seamlessly managed very quickly and even when we asked for another 5 days cooling, this wasn’t an issue It was so reassuring with it being our first investment property that we were lucky enough to work with Danielle who was so calm when I was feeling the pressure !! Absolute professional and wouldn’t hesitate recommending Danielle to anyone !!
