When I first started talking to Danielle about selling nothing was set in stone yet, we hadn’t been approved for another house and Danielle was so patient. February came around and we were waiting on approval and Danielle was prepared and had everything ready. The moment we found out we were good to go she was over straight away and went through the whole process. She knew that we wanted to sell quickly and she had the photos done and the house on the market after a week. This is when Coronavirus had well and truly hit and I had everyone telling me that I wouldn’t sell my house and it was the worst time to sell. From day 1 Chris made the whole process the easiest we have done when selling a house so far. We have sold 4 houses now and Chris is the most out going hard working sales agent we have dealt with in 10 years of property flipping. I would highly recommend.
