When I first started talking to Danielle about selling nothing was set in stone yet, we hadn’t been approved for another house and Danielle was so patient. February came around and we were waiting on approval and Danielle was prepared and had everything ready. The moment we found out we were good to go she was over straight away and went through the whole process. She knew that we wanted to sell quickly and she had the photos done and the house on the market after a week. This is when Coronavirus had well and truly hit and I had everyone telling me that I wouldn’t sell my house and it was the worst time to sell. We were so worried but Danielle reassured us that everything would be fine and that she had already spoken to people about the property. Well the day came of the open house (which was the last day they were doing open homes) and we got the call in the afternoon saying that we had two offers. Thank god. From day 1 Chris made the whole process the easiest we have done when selling a house so far.
