Daniel and I recently purchased our first house through Stone Realestate. Danielle made the process so easy for us! Danielle was patient with us and no question was a silly one. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure this experience was memorable. This is my first experience dealing with realestate agents and Danielle has definitely set the bar for any I work with in the future!

Chris took the time to get to know us and our needs. His interpretation of market trends and how and when to act were nothing short of brilliant. His punctuality and professionalism are second to none! An absolute pleasure of an experience from start to finish.

Chris has been a pleasure to deal with from the word go and presented us with the best options for marketing our property for sale in Mount Annan. In order to obtain the maximum price for the location of our house he recommended a strong emphasis on the use of video with aerial drone work (as well as the photos) to show the close proximity of our house to Lake Annan and the Mount Annan Marketplace, Schools, Leisure Centre etc.. And it definitely worked!!!..worth every cent.. A pleasure to deal with Chris and his team from start to finish, no pushing, and keep to involve the Owner/Client in the whole process. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks again!

From start to finish was a seamless experience. From the initial valuation, to agreeing on a price, market guidance for reference, advertising, we new where we were at every step of the way! One open home and contracts signed on the same day, not sure we could have planned it any better. Highly recommended!!

Thank you Chris for your guidance in buying my first property in Sydney. I am grateful to you and the team at Stone for making this a great experience. I am also appreciative for the welcome package on what the Campbelltown region has to offer, it is practical and well put together.

We were recommended to Chris by our son who had purchased a property through Chris a few years ago, and he didn't disappoint. Chris' knowledge of the area and professionalism is exceptional. From our very first meeting Chris made us feel comfortable and at ease in a very challenging and difficult time. I honestly cannot recommend Chris enough, basically we provided the property and Chris did the rest, selling the day of our first open home. Chris didn't miss a beat his communication skills are second to none as is his compassion, honesty, flexibility, enthusiasm, and "can do" attitude. I will most definitely use Chris again and highly recommend him. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Chris was the original listing agent for the house when we bought it a few years ago and he impressed us immensely with his professionalism and courteous manner back then that we have followed his career with interest ever since. When we were ready to onsell the property, we had no hesitation in choosing Chris to sell it for us. Chris kept us up to date at every step and went above and beyond to make the sale a success. If you are looking for an Agent to sell your home, you won’t go wrong in engaging Chris to sell your property. Besides being one of the best Agents in the area, he is genuinely a lovely guy to deal with and he’s up for a chat anytime whether it’s business or pleasure.
