Working with Tim and his team was a very brief pleasure. It was no sooner than just after finalising my decision to undertake the sale of my home than it was already sold! Very calming experience and helped throughout with flexibility and availability along the entire short process. I would sell or purchase again through Tim and his team and would reccomend them for a professional experience.

There is a reason why Tim Cooper has the reputation of being the best real estate agent in Bunbury. From the outset, Tim’s calm and genuine demeanour, coupled with his acumen and unsurpassed knowledge of the real estate market in the South West, made for a stress-free and successful journey. Tim was even able to present us with an offer before our first home open! They say that money talks, and the fact that Tim was ultimately able to deliver a price higher than the asking price says everything. Selling can be a stressful time; however, Tim has managed to build an incredibly strong and effective team around him. This meant that through every single step we were communicated with, felt at ease, and generally felt valued as a client. His team of Kellie, Aimee and Digby made the whole process seamless, and their professionalism and genuine care has been greatly appreciated.

Tim was professional, punctual and responded to questions in a timely manner.
