Daniel was just the nicest agent, nothing was too much trouble for him. I at first put down the property we bought telling Daniel what its faults were according to me. He accepted my criticism professionally and said he would give the owner feedback. Once I was convinced by my better half that this was a place we needed, I called Daniel with our offer and he advised that he would present it on our behalf. He was not shocked by the turnaround, he was the consummate professional. As our offer was subject to a sale of our property Daniel kept in touch and let us know where we were at in regards to the purchase. Again the true professional not telling us too much but still keeping us informed. Once the sale went unconditional Daniel advised us of various offers through the agency he works for, including removal truck, storage etc. He picked up a parcel for us and was instrumental in us getting approval from the vendor to store some possessions on the property. He is just a very nice bloke and very good at his job.

It was a real pleasure working with Daniel! He has the rare ability to be cause orientated. That is the positive combination of being focussed to get results, while at the same time maintaining a warm, genuine and caring relationship with his client. Stephen MR Covey would call it: "Getting results in a way that inspire trust." He was always available and would come back to you very soon, if he couldn't take a call. I found him to be really knowledgeable. He is now in that golden space in his life where he has a lot of energy, but also collected plenty of experience. What I appreciated most was his honesty. In an extremely competitive environment one can easily fall into the trap sugar coating every property. Showing only the positives and playing down the negatives. He didn't hesitate to listen to our concerns. Visiting more than 50 houses before we buy our house we've seen a lot of this. I've seen a lot of plastic, however, this Agent, Daniel is real. At the end of the day, as I see it, the goal of a Real Estate Agent should not be to sell as many houses as possible, but to be a matchmaker. Pairing the need of the buyer with the house/home they are looking for. Daniel will sell a lot of properties, not because he is a good marketer, but because he is a genuine, caring human being. He inspires trust!
