Good advice resulted in good outcome

In setting up the house selling processes, Ahmad suggested many things to assist the selling of the property. While these involved more expense, Ahmad suggested that these would result in a higher selling price, and the extra costs will be more than recovered. The final selling price was above expectations, and thus Ahmad's suggestion more than paid off. Overall, a very professional approach with his experience helping me sell the property which had many aspects that could have hindered the selling of the property.
