Ahmad is passionate, knows the market extremely well, and was able to quickly understand our requirements. He listens well, which I feel is a rare skill in the industry. He recommended specific properties for us to look at, knowing what would be suitable, and he found us our future dream home off market. The transaction happened quickly and easily, thanks to Ahmad driving effectively. I would definitely use Ahmad's services in the future, for buying or selling.

We interviewed four agents based on results from LocalAgentFinder.com. They mostly presented similar plans for selling the property and were realistic about the likely value of the property (consistent amongst all four). Ahmad stood as being more enthusiastic about the process, supported by ideas (e.g. Social Media engagment), that made him stand out from the rest. Once selected, Ahmad ably supported by William; kept us regularly informed of progress throughout the process leading to Auction. With weekly indepth reports and more regular briefings in between. Most of the Open for Inspections were very well attended (weekdays close to 10 & Saturdays often over 20). Come Auction day, we had 6 registered bidders and in addition many more attendies (neighbours etc) all enjoying a Barista coffee before the Auction commenced. It was a great result for us, well above reserve. I heartly recommend Ahmad to any considering selling their property.

The previous months had been exhausting - and then the time came to sell our mothers house! We interviewed a number of agents - ads on domain, ads on Real estate.com - all around the same price. Same, same Then in came Ahmad! Stylishly dressed, big friendly smile. At first it looked like more of the same - but then his stories started, his humour, his socials, his followers! Auction day arrived, and OF COURSE! we would have a Barista! :) what a fun experience for everyone - great coffee too! 6 bidders, the neighbours (in fact the whole street!) and reticent buyers/spectators - all loving the spectacle! The result was great for us, and great for the wonderful buyers who were so so happy with their purchase.
