From the first phone conversation I felt that Reece had excellent knowledge of the current market and area. He provided an honest, professional opinion about how to move forward with our sale and wasted no time getting offers and a sale on our property. Throughout the process Reece maintained excellent email, text and verbal phone communication, keeping us up to date with offers and returning our calls within a very quick timeframe. Thank you, we were not disappointed and would definitely return as a customer/client if the need arises in the future.

Our experience with Reece in selling our house was on his advice based on his knowledge and understanding of the market. This was of both availability and demand. His presentation and potential buyer coverage was extensive and targeted which resulted in a sale from a very successful first open house day with a very acceptable price. This was all backed up by an attentive and capable office team.
