Ryan & his team were amazing from the very first phone call all the way through to settlement of our property. Communication was great, all questions we had throughout the process were answered promptly. Cannot thank yourself, Nic & Matt enough for getting us a great result for our home.
Ryan Clarke
Communication could have been better between both vendors not just one didn’t see much of Reece himself at open homes Girls who attended our open homes were professionals and well mannered and Feed back was good

Reece has experience, knowledge and expertise you can’t go past. His friendly, engaging and no-fuss approach gave us the confidence we needed to finally take the plunge and sell our home. We knew from the minute we met Reece that he would do everything he could to get the absolute best results. Thanks Reece, we truely appreciate your honesty and open communication.

We enjoyed Reece’s professional, informative, knowledge, attitude and communication skills. On the negative Reece’s original estimation of value was overestimated and changed as a Neighbouring property sold for 7.5 percent less. This ment in the end Expectations inaccurate, However that’s not a large percentage fall overall !! We where disappointed however we still recommend Reece to anyone and Understand Reece worked hard, delivering open houses as requested and planed, communicating between us and possible buyers ! Reece and his team are extremely professional and we understand achieved Optimal value possible in the current market !!

We have been dealing with Reece on a personal and business level for many years now, he knows the market extremely well and his honesty about achievable goals is second to none. We will be continuing to use Reece and his team for many years to come and we highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the service from Reece. He filled us with confidence from the start regarding his knowledge of the local market and the way to maximise the sale price for our property. Reece and his staff are excellent communicators, and kept us up to date with the sale process throughout all stages. Reece achieved a sale price above our expectations, within a short period after only one open home showing. We would thoroughly recommend Reece to others due to his excellent market knowledge, marketing skills, professional support staff and access to potential buyers.

Reece has sold two properties for me over the last year. I live in W.A so I am an out of state owner. The properties were tenanted under management. Another hurdle, I had the properties built a number of years ago but had never visited. I was totally hands off. Reece managed to work around tenants deal with the property management and my lack of up to date knowledge regarding the property. Both properties sold quickly without any delays or problems. I was very concerned with the second sale that the market had turned and it would be difficult to sell. That wasn't the case. Reece achieved a price I was very happy with. Very smooth hassle free service. Thank you Recce and Team Susan F
