Nic right from the beginning was extremely helpful and obliging with all dealings with me over the period of selling the property. Nothing was too much bother and his attention to detail was very impressive as was his knowledge of the market. The house sold over expectations which must be every agent and owners delight. What a wonderful friendly man to work with and I give him 6 not 5 stars for his strong ability as an agent and would recommend him to any future buyer or seller.
