Nic Hunter

I would like to thank Nic Hunter for his outstanding service, high performance and integrity in performing a terrific sale of our property.

Loved working with Nic, would choose him again in a heartbeat. He made it so easy for me, was patient and so helpful.

Nic has been in regular contact with us for over 6 years, checking in regularly and understanding our goals and motivations with not only our property, but life in general. When it came time to sell, Nic already knew us as a family, understood our motivations, and that relationship building over time made the process very easy and comfortable throughout the whole journey. Nic was considerate in his advice and feedback, never pushy, and allowed the process to play out, ultimately ending in the sale on terms that suited us all. His local network also helped facilitate trade work, that otherwise would not have been possible to meet the listing timeframes. When dealing with property in this range and scale, I would not hesitate to work with Nic again, or recommend him highly enough.

We have been looking on and off for years waiting for the right property in Noosa for us. Nick and his team have consistently supported our search with professionalism, patience and great local knowledge.

Very professional from the initial contact to the sale.

From the market, timing and staging advise to the sale Nic Hunter is on his game and I cannot thank him enough for making it such a stress free enjoyable experience for such a pivotal economic event in our lives. I could not recommend him highly enough and the few concerns we had were put to rest with a reassuring guiding hand, above and beyond and I am sure you will only get the same recommendation from anyone who has dealt with him or met him.
