We are extremely happy with the result of the sale of our house. Ash had a wealth of knowledge and produced a marketing campaign that appealed to many buyers, especially having opens on a Sunday, and arranged private inspections with plenty of notice. Ash understood that we had young children, and interacted with them on regular visits. He also made sure that inspections were structured around the times suitable for us to make sure we could clean up after the kids!
