Ash gave us good advice initially by recommending an auction path for the sale. He was then able to gather a number of genuinely interested parties to the auction resulting in a settlement price in excess of our expectations. A small touch on the day was to have a "coffee motor bike" to keep all at the sale well lubricated. Ash was well supported by a helpful and friendly team from Barry Plant.
