David managed to sell my place in a very difficult market. He knows how to present a property and is direct about what can and can't be achieved. He knows his market very well. His communication is good, I was kept up to date throughout the process. David managed to sell my property in 2 months when I was unable to do so through purplebricks for 6 months. The personal effort that David goes to in order to meet his commitments is remarkable.
I met David at a viewing, the house wasn't what I was looking for but we chatted away. He listened to what I wanted and said he had something that might suit. I had 5 other viewings that day and it wasn't on my list, although I had seen it online. It was obvious David had listened to exactly what I wanted as the house was perfect! David was extremely accommodating and offered great advice on the area, although I had done some research it was great to have honest local knowledge. I couldn't recommend Davie and Petra Weir more. I am such an advocate not only for their business but for them. I was a first home buyer, and even though I am in the finance industry myself there were so many questions I had and advice I was very much hoping for, which I got in spades. I would not feel quite as relaxed and settled as I do now and throughout the process. He didn't have to have those conversations as it wasn't related to his own business, but he was always happy to help which is a rare commodity. He was always professional when it came to the sale of our property, and was always honest, never tried to mislead us with the market value. Would highly recommend him.
