He used ever contact to build his understanding of a property that would suit my needs, and eventually showed me one that was ideal for my requirements. My husband and I had been looking for a home for over a year. Throughout this time we went to many home opens and met many real estate agents, finding a home that ticked all the boxes, within our price range and in a decent area to live was difficult. From that first home open we viewed five properties David had listed, each time he would ask us what we thought and if it wasn’t for us, he would then suggest another property to look at. Within two weeks of meeting David we put an offer in for a home and it was accepted! A home that ticked all the boxes within our price range and in a nice area. Next step - settlement, nothing was a problem for David and Petra, both were absolutely fantastic, Petra was so wonderful to deal with, professional and efficient. Everything was so easy, when we needed to know something, we got our answers straight away or within 24hrs. We even wanted someone to go and do a measurement on the property and David went around to the house and opened it, so this could be done. We would recommend David Weir in a heartbeat, if you want quality with that good “old fashioned” service, go with team weir, you won’t be disappointed.
