It was almost a year from first contact , where she gave quarterly updates on sales in my unit's area, until I was ready to sell. She went out of her way to provide assistance with the preparation for sale of my unit, as I live in Melbourne. I came to rely on her advice. She was courteous to tenants, and managers of the complex and provided updates after each open day with a phone call, and email.
