I was impressed with Ela the first time I met her when I was looking to buy our first property, a townhouse. She was very professional, organized, friendly and presented the unit very well. Even though we didn't end up buying with her I stayed in touch with her and she sent me frequent reviews and market reports on the area. So when the time came to sell our unit three years later, the first agent that we thought of was Ela. She was everything you could want in an agent, very professional, knowledgable on the area and market and most importantly she was very honest and straight forward (without any of that greasy sales persona so many other agents have!) in all our dealings with her, both as a potential buyer and also as a seller. Ela did an amazing job right from the start. When I was first browsing for potential homes, I noticed that Ela always included floor plans on real estate websites. This immediately allowed me to narrow down the places I wanted to view. When I started going to open houses, Ela was one of the first agents I came in contact with. I found her pleasant to talk to and in no way "pushy". She respected that I wasn't quite ready to purchase at that stage but was just getting a feel for the market and ideas about what kind of place I'd like to buy.
