Jason Song work ethic is of a high caliber. He is very thorough and professional. There was no hidden costs or conditions.Jason was able to sell our house well above what we expected to get. I contribute this t his hard work and dedication to the seller as well as the buyer. I would recommend Jason to anyone wishing to sell/buy a property. Regards Don H.
On top of his professionalism, Jason is deeply caring and went the extra mile to connect with us at a personal level. We couldn't have asked for more from our agent!
Jason is the best agent w have encountered. Extremely personable, professional and friendly. Has indepth market knowledge and always strives for the best.
Jason had been very patient and attention to detail from the first time we met. He made himself available in the late afternoon on weekend; no mess around, no waste of time, he got the deal done the on the spot. He valued my time, understood my circumstances, and done a good job for both me and the seller. There are not many agents who values buyers as much as him. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jason!
It is absolutely sure, Janson is that kind of agnent can make both seller and buyers feel happy :) highly recommended doing business with him.
Jason Song is down to earth, professional, hardworking, responsible and efficient real estate agent. He helped us from presentation to choose the marketing strategy which suited our situation best. He explained the process along with pros and cons patiently and even helped us display the furniture. He gave me feedback after every open home which helped me know a lot about the market, so that I was very comfortable during the entire process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jason Song to anyone wishing to sell their property!
This is our first house, there are so much we don’t know. Jason was different with many other agents we met, he was so patient and explained the whole process to us step by step. He even answered my call at 9pm in the night. I'm sorry for that Jason. As a buyer, I found that many agents don’t treat us this well. But Jason is very easy to deal with, friendly and willing to help. That’s why me and my wife trust him very much and can’t thank him enough.
Jason has been honest from the start to finish. He given us the most genuine advice and plan the most suitable strategy. He always think ahead for me, not only collect multiple offers, he is also good at risk management, and have an Active Plan B in the back pocket. If you are think of selling, make sure you hear him out about his plan, his strategy, etc. I fell in control the whole sales situation but not worrying anything. I know I was in safe hand by watching how he does things.
I cannot recommend Jason Song enough.. he promised he would deliver a great result and he did just that! He kept us informed throughout the whole process of selling our house and he was friendly, professional and honest. Thankyou Jason for a great job!
Jason is a very professional and helpful agent. Presented my offer to the owner very quickly!
