The experience we had with another local agency was not impressive. Jason Song from LJHOOKER Algester done a great job. Better communication, instant feedbacks, down to earth guy. We wish we have used Jason Song at the first time. Don’t make our mistake, call Jason Song
After interviewed few agents, found Jason very honest and knowledgeable. He certainly standout from the rest of other agents, as he really knows his stuff. Everyone else was trying to tell me how good they are but Jason showed me how and what to do to achieve good result. Down to early person, easy to deal with, trustworthy. I would strongly recommend Jason Song to anyone. S.N
Jason is a professional and enthusiastic real estate agent. We are the buyers from NSW. So we have a lot of questions and Jason answered patiently.
Simply the best agent. Our house sold at Auction, we are very pleased with the result. The communication is great. The whole team from the Agency was at the auction supporting us, which was great. Great team work. Highly recommend him to anyone I know.
We used Jason Song and LJ Hooker Algester to sell our Calamvale home. What a great experience. Initially my home was listed for nine weeks with another real estate agent. We had no offers and I thought there must be something wrong with my house or the market. But then we listed with Jason Song. He is a lovely guy and easy to deal with. His eye for detail and to take care of the whole process was amazing. We had about 25 groups in the first week leading to 5 written offers. By the time we had gone unconditional we had 9 written offers. Jason will help you sell your home and if my experience is anything to go by will achieve or exceed your expectations. Don't make my mistake. Call Jason first and you won't be sorry. Alex Calamvale.
Jason is the only agent we would ever recommend. He is hardworking, honest and gets results. Jason was 100% on top of everything and not once did we have to follow up on progress. Don't waste money with anyone else. He will get the job done right the first time.
