Despite a very difficult housing market, where values were fluctuating almost weekly, Jenny continued to bring along potential buyers at every home open and on other occasions. The home was sold initially within a few weeks but failed when Overseas buyers came under new FIRB rules and were prohibited from buying; there followed a prolonged period during the Winter months when buyers were looking for 'give away' prices and several potential offers were declined. After we had given up on selling Jenny came up with the current buyers who paid the price we were looking for. As a result of our dealings with Jenny we looked at and made offers on two properties on her books, both of which failed at our instigation due to the inability to sell our house at that time, but our recent purchase of 79 Minerva Loop came about as a result of pursuing Jenny's Home Open list, and at a price we never expected. We are now busy settling into our new home, which would not have come about without the effort Jenny and her Staff put into it and her Professionlism shows through her whole organisation.
