Jenny is the agent that we all dream of when selling! I met with other agents when I was making the decision to sell and it was clear that Jenny had outstanding experience and knowledge and would work to get the best price. I honestly don't think I would have sold at that price, with another agent. Right from the very beginning, she knew everything about the area, the price, the style of buyer the house would attract - everything that I needed. I wasn't your usual seller. I live in Sydney and I needed to sell my mother's house during a very difficult time. I had to move my mother from Perth to Sydney and admit her to a nursing home. During this time, she came down with gastro, a chest infection and then had a stroke. So, needless to say, I wasn't very participative in the sale. I asked Jenny to pick a time for our final inspection. When we arrived, she said that she had a home open shortly afterwards so we can't take too long. Why would she pick that time if it didn't suit her? Due to this, she made us feel rushed for what should be the most important event, when buying a house. Besides that, the whole house buying aspect went pretty smoothly however I spent most of my time dealing with her assistant instead of her.
