I have met Julie a few times over the years, she is very approachable & easy to talk to. Given this, along with the success rate she has in Woodvale, when deciding to sell our home we thought what better agent to have. We had already purchased another property so wanted to list our house fairly quickly. Unfortunately covid had other ideas & we ended up in isolation. However that didn’t stop Julie, we did a walk through together of our home over Zoom & all meetings were done the same way with paperwork emailed through. This made the whole process very easy & meant we didn’t have to delay anything. As soon as we were able to, the photographer came through, took his photos which we got back in 48 hours. By the next day our house was listed on the real estate sites. Prior to the house been listed, Julie offered to do a Saturday home open with clients on her database only. This brought in several people which resulted in another home open the next day. And then another 2 home opens following, as a result of the website. We had 4 home opens in total over 4 days which was hectic, but when you have 3 young boys (plus dog) keeping the house clean & tidy for 4 days straight was a lot easier then having home opens over several weekends. Julie then presented us with a few offers, we made our decision & all the contracts were signed by both parties by the end of the week. I think the whole process from our first zoom meeting/walk through to signed contracts was about 2 weeks. This made everything super quick & easy for us which is exactly what we wanted. Since then Julie has popped in & followed up with calls/texts to see how we are going in our new house. So the service has extended well beyond our sale which has been really nice. The other thing worth mentioning, Julie has exceptional staff in her office which are also very helpful & easy to talk to. If I ever needed anything & couldn’t get in touch with Julie, I could always ring the office.
