We first approached Kirsten to obtain a market appraisal on our home, as she was selling another property in our street. We comprehensively interviewed 3 agents, each of them twice. Our initial introduction to Kirsten was from our daughter who had been a prospective buyer at Kirsten's recent open houses. As with all 3 agents, Kirsten was asked for a sale plan, timetable and what needed to be done pre-presentation.
