Kirsten was an excellent agent for us. She initially explained the sale process and agency pricing to us, and helped guide us through the process of presenting our house for inspection - which included her providing styling items free of charge. No up-front agency fees left us better placed to pay for the corrective work (painting, gardening etc) required for the open homes. We received regular feedback she was getting from buyers so we could see the price people were considering.
