Fantastic communicator

Lauchlan was fantastic to work with. From the outset, we felt absolute confidence in his ability to achieve the result we were after. Working with him was a pleasure. Everything fell in to place effortlessly, and he took all the stress out of the equation. He communicated via text message frequently, and addessed our concerns professionally and promptly, always keeping us totally informed. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We feel so lucky to have had what is often a difficult experience made unbelievably easy, and can't thank him enough for the wonderful job he did.
