Belle Property Armadale Victoria has been extremely caring, ethical, knowledgeable, supportive and professional at all times. I have deeply appreciated working with them at a difficult time when acting as Executor of my family member's property. Thanks to Lauchlan and the team, I cannot recommend Belle Property Armadale too highly.
Lauchlan Waterfield was professional, friendly and efficient. The whole team worked together for a timely campaign and follow up. Lauchlan reported back after open days and offered his expertise in how the campaign was progressing. Could not fault the team. Sensational from start to finish!
Lauchlan and Alex provided regular updates and were well connected in the industry which provided valuable industries. The campaign was run extremely well which resulted in a very short time on the market.
Both Lauchlan and Alex were excellent in setting up the property for being ready for presentation and sale. The campaign went really well, and this along with their sales strategy and communication culminated in a strong result for me as the vendor. Can't recommend the team at Belle Armadale enough based on my experience.
James is a good communicator and corresponds quickly
Lauchlan Waterfield is an exceptionally professional operator who delivered exactly as promised. He was honest, genuine and pragmatic throughout the process, never overselling simply to secure the appointment. He kept us regularly informed, responded promptly to all enquiries, and followed through on every commitment. We highly recommend his services. We appreciate that it was a team effort, accordingly we would also like to congratulate and convey our gratitude to all at Belle Property Armadale.
Shaelyn and Lauchlan were phenomenal to deal with and their advice and guidance lead to an extraordinary result. Putting our faith and trust in their expertise was the best decision we made.
The team went above and beyond. They consistently kept up abreast of everything that was happening and made the whole experience seem less
Lauchlan and Isaac are a great team, proactive and responsive - always keeping us appraised of what was happening and getting a strong result for us.
The whole process was seamless and successful. Lauchlan Waterfield provided excellent advice and kept in constant contact by phone. The advertising was timely and appropriate. The administrative details were clearly explained and simple to follow. Altogether a very successful sale program.
Lachlan is very professional and pleasant to deal with.
