Having a house to sell at Cannon Hill I saw the PLACE sign with Meagan Muir's name and photo on it numerous times and thought this lady must be good. Choosing Meagan was the right choice. As I am located interstate to the property being sold I did not get to meet Meagan in person rather choosing her based on her local knowledge and strong reviews. Given that we could not liaise in person, a professional attitude, efficient back office and excellent communication skills where critical. In all of these areas Meagan and her team performed flawlessly and not once was I required to follow up on open the usual mundane matters such as open house feedback, buyer negotiation, paperwork and settlement statements.
